
I'm Ana Maite, a certified personal trainer and founder of AnpoleFit. My passion is accompanying women in their physical and mental transformation — helping them build sustainable habits that go beyond any training program.
After years in the fitness industry, I realized that most programs weren't designed with women in mind: their hormonal cycles, their real schedules, their unique motivations. AnpoleFit was born to change that.
My methodology combines functional training, nutritional education, and mindset coaching. Because true transformation is holistic — it's not just about how you look, but how you feel and what you're capable of achieving.
