- Registration data: name, email address, and password. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
- Profile information: profile photo, bio, timezone.
- Health questionnaire (optional): data about fitness goals, activity level, health conditions, and physical restrictions. This questionnaire is voluntary and only requested during the plan upgrade process or when you choose to complete it.
- Payment information: securely processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card data.
- Contact messages: name, email, and content of messages sent through our contact form.
- Newsletter subscription: email address if you choose to subscribe.
Automatically collected information
- Usage data: pages visited, time on platform, content interactions.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.

- Training progress: active days, completed sessions, progress statistics.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Provide the service: create and manage your account, give you access to content based on your plan.
- Personalize your experience: tailor workout recommendations and content to your goals.

- Coaches: if you have a plan that includes personalized coaching, your coach will have access to relevant progress data and your health questionnaire.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, in response to legal processes, or to protect our rights.
- Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the new owner.

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption in transit via TLS/HTTPS.
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data.
- Row Level Security (RLS) policies in our database.
- Secure authentication with password hashing.
- Restricted access to personal data by our team.
