  • Registration data: name, email address, and password. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account.
  • Profile information: profile photo, bio, timezone.
  • Health questionnaire (optional): data about fitness goals, activity level, health conditions, and physical restrictions. This questionnaire is voluntary and only requested during the plan upgrade process or when you choose to complete it.
  • Payment information: securely processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card data.
  • Contact messages: name, email, and content of messages sent through our contact form.
  • Newsletter subscription: email address if you choose to subscribe.

Automatically collected information

  • Usage data: pages visited, time on platform, content interactions.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: described in detail in the Cookies section.
  • Training progress: active days, completed sessions, progress statistics.

3. How we use your information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Provide the service: create and manage your account, give you access to content based on your plan.
  • Personalize your experience: tailor workout recommendations and content to your goals.
  • Process payments: manage subscriptions, billing, and refunds.
  • Communication: send you important service updates, respond to inquiries, and if authorized, send marketing content.
  • Security: detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity.
  • Service improvement: analyze platform usage to improve features.
  • Legal compliance: comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: we share data with third parties who help us operate the platform, such as Supabase (database and authentication), Google (social sign-in), Stripe (payments), analytics services, and email providers. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us and are required to protect it.
  • Coaches: if you have a plan that includes personalized coaching, your coach will have access to relevant progress data and your health questionnaire.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, in response to legal processes, or to protect our rights.
  • Business transfer: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the new owner.

5. Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encryption in transit via TLS/HTTPS.
  • Encryption at rest for sensitive data.
  • Row Level Security (RLS) policies in our database.
  • Secure authentication with password hashing.
  • Restricted access to personal data by our team.
