AnpoleFit is a women's fitness platform that offers:

• Personalized training plans created by certified coaches.
• Nutrition tracking tools and health calculators.
• Personalized coaching sessions (on select plans).
• Library of educational resources on fitness and wellness.
• Community and peer support from other members.
• Progress tracking and training statistics.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Registration and account

Account creation

To use most AnpoleFit features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You may not transfer your account to another person.
• You may only have one active account. Duplicate accounts may be deleted.

Health questionnaire

The health questionnaire is optional during the registration process. It is only required when you request a plan upgrade that requires medical personalization. Health information you provide is used exclusively to personalize your experience and training recommendations.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Plans and billing

AnpoleFit offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed at the indicated frequency (monthly, annual, etc.) through our secure payment processor (Stripe).

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except as required by applicable law.

Price changes

We reserve the right to change the prices of our plans. We will notify you at least 30 days before changes take effect.

Trial period

If we offer a free trial, we will specify its duration at the time of subscription. Upon trial expiration, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel.

5. Content and intellectual property

AnpoleFit content

All content available on AnpoleFit, including but not limited to text, images, videos, training routines, nutrition guides, logos, and designs, is the property of AnpoleFit or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

User content

If you post, upload, or share content on AnpoleFit (progress photos, comments, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content in connection with the operation of the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

Restrictions

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or use AnpoleFit content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.

6. Use restrictions

By using AnpoleFit, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service.
• Post offensive, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service to third parties.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Collect or store other users' personal data without their consent.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

7. Limitation of liability

AnpoleFit content is for informational and educational purposes. It does not substitute professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program or dietary change, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnpoleFit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the platform. For significant changes, we will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance.

Your continued use of the Service after posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where AnpoleFit operates. Any dispute will be resolved through friendly negotiation and, if not possible, through the corresponding legal proceedings.
